Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Zigma Sports

At Zigma Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you’re not happy with your order, we offer easy return, refund, and cancellation options under the following terms and conditions.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • The product must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Returns are not applicable on innerwear, socks, or customized sports gear for hygiene and personalization reasons.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at info@zigmasports.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  4. Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • If you paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), we’ll issue your refund through bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via info@zigmasports.com.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us at info@zigmasports.com.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased on sale or during promotional offers.

  • Personalized, custom-made, or special edition products.

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

  • Used or damaged products not caused by shipping.


7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for size issues or product defects, subject to stock availability.
If the desired product or size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
